This year we decided to combine our Farm Fresh hops straight from Noodles farm around the corner from the brewery with Some Galaxy Hops from HPA grown at Rostrevor hop farms. We are combining the past and the future by the addition of a liquid dry hop using Spectrum GalaxyTM alongside our well loved technique for getting the most out of our freshly picked hops.
