#2 south west best 3.5% abv

We’re biased, but we think that the South West is the best. And this beer is the best of what the South West has to offer. A refreshing lager that’s crisp and very drinkable. Good for the beach, around the campfire or at the end of the day. You’ll struggle to find an occasion it doesn’t suit. Make mine a best.

A can of Noodledoof Brewery & Dist. Australian Pale Ale with a pastel-colored design featuring illustrations of trees, clouds, and a small pavilion on a yellow background.

#3 Australian PALE ALE 4.5% ABV

Dry hopped (like a Kangaroo) with HPA Eclipse, our Pale Ale is tailored to the Australian climate with notes of citrus fruits backed up by a punchy tropical bouquet. Perfectly golden, this beer looks almost as good as it tastes. A delicious pale that you can enjoy again and again. Cheers!

#4 west coast ipa 6% ABV

Our home is in the South West of Victoria, surrounded by wind-blasted coasts and a volcanic formed landscape. Our take on a West Coast IPA sees a combination of Motueka and Eclipse hops, reinforced with a Motueka Hop Kief creating a symphony of aroma and flavour. Full on hop-forward flavours present themselves unapologetically.A bit like us, really.

A green aluminum can featuring modern, geometric design elements and text indicating it is a product from Noodlydoof Brewery & Distillery, with the words 'German Pils' on it.

#5 PILSNER 4.7% ABV

Our traditional German Pils is brewed with Voyager undermodified Pils malt which we have put through a decoction mash — a traditional technique used to emphasise the malt characteristics. Noble hops are mixed with the more modern Saphir to create a complex bitterness. Light straw in colour and beautifully balanced.

A can of Noodledoo brewery beer with a silver and orange design, featuring a large stylized letter 'D' on the front and the words 'Hefeweizen' and 'Noodledoo Brewery & Distillery'.

#6 hEFEWEIZEN 5.4% ABV

‘Hefe’ is German for yeast, and ‘weizen’ refers to the use of wheat – which is a fairly good indication of what to expect from our traditional Hefeweizen. Traditional fruit (bright banana) and spice (clove) notes are present and accounted for. The light coloured beer glows with a slight haze. A refreshing Bavarian classic.

A black can of Noodledoof beer with gold and green accents, featuring a stylized gold abstract design on the front.

#7 Schwarzbier. 4.8% abv

Saxony meets Koroit, our Schwarzbier hits all the characteristics you want from the style. Australian Voyager Craft Malts build a dark and malty profile with hintsof chocolate and roasted coffee. German hops Tettnanger & Hersbrucker add floral/spice notes. An easy drinking black lager suitable for day or night.

A can of Noodledoor Brewery & Distillery Gutsy Extra Stout featuring artwork of a bear lying on a rock with mountain scenery in the background.

#8 GUTSY EXTRA STOUT 5.8% ABV

Gutsy the wombat is a local icon in Warnambool. Created as a temporary chalk artwork by local artist Jimmi Buscombe, he was made permanent with the addition of a clear coat by local art appreciator. Our extra stout celebrates Gutsy's strength and resilience with lashings of Chocolate and Wattleseed. Extra Stout, just like Gutsy.

A can of Noodledoor Brewery & Distillery English Mild Ale with a modern green, gray, and beige geometric label design.

#9 English Dark Mild 3.8% ABV

Traditionally, English breweries marked their mild ales with an X to designate its strength (the more Xs, the stronger the beer). Ours may be lower in alcohol but pulls above its weight in flavour. Showing dark malt and caramel notes with a low bitterness, this is a perfect all-rounder that goes incredibly well with a strong Cheddar.

A green can with peach-colored large digits and black text reading "GIN AND T" against a green background.

#10 oof gin & tonic 4.5% ABV

We’re very proud of the spirits that we make at Noodledoof and we wanted to showcase them in a more... Noodledoof-y way. For our G&T we’ve gone the extra step of making our own tonic water. Chincona bark gives a more natural bitter flavour and a light orange hue. We then select botanicals that pair perfectly with the botanicals in our Koroit Gin.

A purple can of Noodledoo Brewery & Distillery with large stylized pink and purple text, featuring the words "Raspberry" and "NOODLEDOOF" on a purple background.

#11 oof raspberry 4.5% ABV

We’re very proud of the spirits that we make at Noodledoof and we wanted to showcase them in a more... Noodledoof-y way. Raspberries grow all throughout the South West of Victoria, including a rather robust patch on Noodles’ farm. We balance out the natural sweetness of the raspberries with native finger lime, to make this a grown-up version of a vodka raspberry.

A can of ginger ale with a bright orange, yellow, and black label. The label features large abstract yellow shapes and smaller black text.

#12 oof ginger 4.5% ABV

We’re very proud of the spirits that we make at Noodledoof and we wanted to showcase them in a more... Noodledoof-y way. Using our Koroit Vodka as a base we’ve added lots of local organic ginger, desert lime and river mint to bring a unique native twist. Kind of like an Australian Moscow Mule, with plenty of kick..
