A modern approach to gin, with locally sourced native botanicals from our friends at Worn Gundiji. This citrus forward gin is great with soda or tonic and perfect for cocktails. The use of local native ingredients gives this gin a distinctive flavour and sense of place. Botanicals: Juniper, Coriander, Tower Hill Correa Alba, Lemon Myrtle, Mountain Pepper,Orris root, Angelica root, Fresh orange and lemon.

South West Victoria has it all, rugged landscape, idyllic coastal towns, isolated beaches and an ancient, (hopefully) long dormant Volcano. We love living in the South West and try to encapsulate all that is great about the region in everything we produce. Our vodka is distills to be as pure and fresh as a Koroit winter morning. Have it as a mixer or drink it neat.

It’s almost cheating when you start off with such brilliant cherries, sourced from Tower Hill Cherries. Excellent as an ingredient in cocktails and desserts, or as a stand alone tipple to remind you of Christmas.

Koroit Single Whisky 2025 43% ABV

Our whisky is a celebration of the landscape and natural wonders of the South-west region of Victoria. Bright Gold in colour, notes of raisin, red berry and fresh malt on the nose. Vanilla, nutmeg and cinnamon dance across the palate. Balanced with a caramel sweetness and a light spiced dry finish. Single malt using 100% Australian grown Voyager barley malt. Aged for 3 years in toasted ex-shiraz barrels.

The idea of throwing some plums to steep in some gin is not new. Our twist on this is to plop some whole Davidson Plums into our award winning Gin, then add a dash of Strawberry Gum extraction to create something very special. This gin has a beautiful pin hue from the deep purple skins and a vibrant fruit aroma and a zesty zing across the palette.

koroit potato vodka 40% abv

Koroit is well known for its rich, volcanic soils which produce some of the country's best potatoes. We wanted to honour the potatoes, growers and spud pickers by crafting a premium vodka with character. Fermented potatoes are pot distilled and blended with pure otways artisan water for a true celebration of Koroit.

Wattleseed & Coffee Liqueur 25% abv

Small batch, single origin coffee and wattleseed are steeped to make a delightfully different coffee liqueur packed full of nutty, caramel notes. Perfectly enjoyed in an espresso martini, tiramisu/affogato or straight up over ice.

the cutting gin 58% ABV

Named after ‘The Cutting’ a secluded but often turbulent beach a short drive from the distillery, this over-proof gin allows a trio of myrtles (anise, cinnamon, and lemon) to really shine. A big aromatic profile is enhanced by using Boobialla – also known as native Juniper. A splash of south west sea water straight from The Cutting adds a very slight salinity and savory finish. Strong and wild, just like the beach.

Strawberry & Vanilla Liqueur 22% ABV

It started with some hail storm strawberries from our friends at Volcano Produce, rejected by supermarkets, but not by us. We’re open minded when it comes to looks, it’s that distinct aroma and sweet juice that we’re after. We macerate heaps of strawberries and a touch of vanilla to create this summer Liqueur that will transport you to courtside at Wimbledon.

Australian Citrus Liqueur 23% ABV

We have slowly macerated desert, blood and finger limes for a uniquely zesty liqueur. Evoking familiar spicy Makrut lime & fresh citrus notes, a uniquely Australian taste.
