Our traditional Pils is brewed with Voyager under modified Pilsner malt which we have put through a decoction mash - A traditional technique used to emphasise the malt characteristics. Noble hops are mixed with the more modern Saphir and Mandarina to create a complex zesty bitterness. Light straw in colour and beautifully balanced.
