Our traditional Pils is brewed with Voyager under modified Pilsner malt which we have put through a decoction mash - A traditional technique used to emphasise the malt characteristics. Noble hops are mixed with the more modern Saphir and Mandarina to create a complex zesty bitterness. Light straw in colour and beautifully balanced.
Helles Lager 5% ABV
The perfect Lager transports us to the village of Truchtlaching in Bavaria where we had the most perfect pint of Lager, a beer more refreshing than a cold glass of water. Our Helles Lager is a tribute to the Bavarian classic. Brewed for balance.
