Dart & Marlin Hazy Pale 4.2% ABV
Break out the hammock and get these tins on some ice, its time to settle in for a lazy one. This could be one of our most smashable pale ales yet. Galaxy and Citra join together to form a Hoppy Voltron, together forming a pale more powerful than the sum of its parts. Brewed with our mates at the Dart and Marlin.
West Coast IPA 6.0% ABV
Always keen to try out a new way to add hops to our beer... This West Coast IPA utilises Mosaic Spectrum, a revolutionary liquid dry hop (we know that’s an oxymoron).We’ve balanced that out with plenty of citrus and tropical hop character from Citra and Kohatu for this hoppy little number.
ICED COFFEE STOUT 5.5% ABV
Smooth, Creamy, Delicious. If you need a pep in step, we've got you covered. BEANS FROM PORT FAIRY COFFEE ROASTERS, Voyager Craft Malt, a touch of lactose and vanilla beans.

We’re biased, but we think that the South West is the best. And this beer is the best of what the South West has to offer. A refreshing Lager that's crisp and very drinkable. Good for the beach, around the campfire or at the end of the day. You’ll struggle to find an occasion it doesn't suit. Make mine a Best.
Peach Bellini Berliner 3.8% abv
Whilst the mind can wander when day-dreaming of peaches... ours go straight to summer and the sun-kissed memories of a perfect Peach Bellini on the beach. For our summer sour we started with a cheeky little kettle sour, accented with peaches. We used Nelson Saviun SubZero Hop Kief to highlight white vino and passionfruit notes.Saluti!
ALTBIER 5.2% abv
Altbier is a copper-coloured beer originating from Düsseldorf. Alt is German for ‘Old’ – not short for alternative – which refers to the style of brewing with top-fermenting yeasts. Spicy and malty, yet still crisp and refreshing, perfectly sessionable. Our Altbier straddles the line between and ale and lager, pour yourself a glass of this copper beauty.
Wattleseed Baltic PorteR 9.6% abv
The icey winters of Koroit force us to think up interesting ways to combat the cold. This Baltic Porter is a perfect example. Armed with some leftover cacao nibs and some malted wattleseed, we cold fermented and cold lagered the Porter before chucking it into one of our Koroit Whisky Barrels to age a little. It’s Toasty, Nutty and Big.
Australian PALE ALE 4.5% ABV
Dry hopped (like a Kangaroo) with HPA Eclipse, our Pale Ale is tailored to the Australian climate with notes of citrus fruits backed up by a punchy tropical bouquet. Perfectly golden, this beer looks almost as good as it tastes. A delicious pale that you can enjoy again and again. Cheers!
Mangodelic Sour 4.9% ABV
Break out the sunscreen because this is pure sunshine in a can. Buckets of ripe mango have been added to a kettle sour fermented with kveik yeast. We then hop generously with superdelic to further emphasise the tropical notes. Dust off the hammock because summer has arrived and its going to be delicious.
G is for Goodness 7.2% ABV
Dedicated to the life of our friend Gaynor. Bright and Colourful with a Zest for Life, Gaynor radiated Joy every time she visited Noodledoof. We brewed her favourite beer with plenty of love, and hops. This Black IPA is Joy in a can. Whirlpool hopped, dip hopped and dry hopped.
